Revel in the beauty of the holiday season. Aural sonority and spectacle abound in our opening candlelight processional. Thrill to Biebl’s Ave Maria, a choreographed Noel (arr. Todd Smith) and Hlonolofatsa (arr. Daniel Jackson), and new settings of seasonal carols. We’ll premiere the 2nd edition of Stroope’s Hodie (This Day) with organ, brass and percussion! Favorites such as Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas with be sung. Be sure to add the family—and Sacramento tradition of A Master Singers Christmas to your advent calendar.

From birth to death, through joy, loss, and sorrow, our March concerts will celebrate our lives—their benchmark moments, their ups and downs—with song. You’ll enjoy audience pleasers such as Cole Proper’s I Get a Kick Out of You, Joni Mitchell’s The Circle Game, and Fly to Paradise by Eric Whitacre. In honor of caregivers of our region, we offer the area premiere of Robert Cohen’s moving Alzheimer’s Stories. Join us at the stunning Sofia at B Street Theatre. It’s a concert brimming with musical delights that you won’t want to miss.

What’s more fun than the red-carpet treatment before a concert featuring music from action classics such as Top Gun: Maverick, and comedies such as O Brother, Where Art Thou? You might be tempted to sing along on This is Me (The Greatest Showman), Over the Rainbow (Wizard of Oz, and Shallow (A Star is Born). You demanded that we bring back Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, and we will!
