The California Department of Public Health put out an advisory on March 11, 2020, finding that gatherings of 250 people or more should be postponed or cancelled to protect public health and slow the rate of transmission of COVID-19. In addition, gatherings of fewer than 250 people should not take place unless people can be distanced by at least 6 feet.

In light of this, the Sacramento Master Singers has made the difficult decision to cancel our March 14th and 15th concerts this weekend. The health and safety of our patrons and the community are our priority and we are very sorry to have to do this. The Board of Directors is trying to determine if we can reschedule the concert to a different date. We will be in touch with further details about refunds, exchanges and a possible rescheduled date as soon as possible. We ask for your patience with our small organization while we determine the best way to handle the situation.

If you would like to read the full advisory you may do so here:…/C…/Gathering_Guidance_03.11.20.pdf

We are deeply grateful for your loyal patronage and thank you for your understanding.

Many thanks,
Sacramento Master Singers Board and Staff
